The role emphasizes following technical documents, basic math for measurements, and teamwork to hit production targets. Prior manufacturing or shipping experience is preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or shipping/receiving preferred.
• Ability to read and follow technical documents and assembly instructions.
• Basic math skills for measurements and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products using hand tools and machinery.
• Inspect finished products for quality and specification compliance.
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including packing, labeling, and preparing shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Small parts painting and prep.
• Misc production support projects such as kitting and sub-assemblies.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
