Job summary

HIROTEC Manufacturing America seeks an Assembly Operator to join a climate-controlled production team in Fayetteville. Responsibilities include assembling components, operating manual or automated equipment, and performing first-piece and in-process quality inspections.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of automotive/manufacturing experience, with strong communication and safety awareness. Overtime may be required; benefits and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year of experience in automotive/manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-components, manually or with automated machinery.
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
• Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
• Visually inspect finished parts against quality specs.
• Meet productivity quotas and ensure customer and internal standards.
• Operate equipment safely for production processing.
• Assist and train other operators as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area.
• Support changeovers and setup activities as required.
