Key Personnel is seeking a 1st shift Manufacturing Operator in Holland, MI for a temp-to-hire role. The job involves supporting high-volume metal components production, performing quality inspections, following instructions, and packing for shipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Must pass felonies (case-by-case basis).
• Steel toe boots or composite toe boots required.
• Prior exp. in machine operation preferred.
• Shoe policy: slip resistant, puncture resistant boots.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections and document results for quality control.
• Follow directions and operate the assigned machinery.
• Pack and prep for shipment.
• Upon request, assist with scrap disposal as directed by supervisor.
• Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds during the shift.
