Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to work with equipment and components.
• Experience in assembly, fabrication, maintenance, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products according to specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and technical documents.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect completed assemblies to verify accuracy, functionality, and adherence to quality standards.
• Perform basic fabrication and equipment-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support production goals by completing work efficiently and accurately.
• Report defects, issues, or discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner.
