Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a dependable Assembler to join a fast-paced production team. You will assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished goods using hand and power tools, following blueprints and standard operating procedures, while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, assembling using tools, inspecting for defects, and reporting discrepancies.

Competenze

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical assembly diagrams.
• Proficiency using standard hand and power tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, torque drivers).
• Basic math skills and the ability to read measuring devices (tape measures, calipers, gauges).

Mansioni

• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, diagrams, and work instructions to determine assembly specifications.
• Assemble components, parts, and subassemblies using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring equipment.
• Inspect materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products for defects or misalignments.
• Operate basic production machinery, drill presses, or fastening equipment as required.
• Track parts, record production counts, and report discrepancies or damaged parts to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per SOPs and safety protocols.
