Ecolab in Roscoe, Illinois is seeking an Associate Assembler to join our team. In this hands-on role you will assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, perform checks, and support re-manufacturing operations to ensure equipment meets safety and quality standards.

You will use TPM tools to drive improvements and help the team maintain high performance while contributing to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components with precision.
• Perform hydraulic and electrical checks to ensure safe operation.
• Lead re-manufacturing tasks from disassembly to reassembly.
• Follow process sheets and specifications with accuracy.
• Complete labor reporting and recordkeeping diligently.
• Use TPM tools to drive safety, efficiency and quality improvements.
• Communicate maintenance needs and potential safety concerns promptly.
• Support training of teammates and assist in sharing knowledge.
