Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler in Framingham, MA to support a growing manufacturer’s production team. You will assemble mechanical, electrical, and optical components with precision, handle small parts, and follow detailed work instructions in a clean, organized workspace.

Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required; a reliable, eager-to-learn mindset is ideal. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with pay between $18 and $20 per hour and

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate in task execution.
• Comfortable handling small parts and precision assembly.
• Reliable, responsible, eager to learn.
• Able to follow multi-step instructions.
• Works well independently and in a team.
• Manufacturing/assembly/quality experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and optical components.
• Work with small parts to complete detailed, multi-step assembly processes.
• Assist with testing and quality control of finished products.
• Repair and service devices as needed.
• Package completed products and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Use hand tools, light power tools, and computer-controlled equipment.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure accurate assembly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
