Job summary

Innovance, ALMCO division, is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Minnesota. You will perform sub-assembly and final assembly using mechanical and electrical components, following drawings and written instructions to meet strict quality standards.

Key duties include set-up, parts checks, and ongoing quality inspections. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience and a can-do attitude will thrive in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level or 1-2 years of assembly experience.
• Able to read and interpret routings, bills of material, assembly drawings, work instructions and notes.
• Manual dexterity and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire standard and engineered products to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Apply acquired trade skills such as electrical, mechanical and plumbing to complete assembly process.
• Perform job set-up by obtaining necessary parts, drawings, and schematics; check BOM for correctness.
• Read and interpret drawings and schematics; communicate with engineers to resolve discrepancies.
• Inspect during assembly and wiring; ensure quality before shipment.
