Atlas Manufacturing in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Precision Mechanical Subassembly Technician to turn blueprints into precisely assembled parts. You will work with rivet guns, power tools, and measuring tools alongside a supportive team focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

You will review prints, assemble components to exact specs, perform in-process checks, keep a clean station, and report defects while following safety protocols and contributing to daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus).
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Sharp attention to detail and the discipline to follow instructions precisely.
• Strong hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Comfort with basic math and measuring tools.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
