Job summary

Vander-Bend, a division of Vantedge Medical, is hiring a Temporary Assembler for onsite day shifts. The role covers mechanical, electro-mechanical, and cable assembly per MPIs and blueprints. You will prepare components, perform soldering and crimping, and document hours in the ERP system.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year manufacturing experience, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team environment. Onsite, day shift, hourly pay $19.00–$21.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, MPIs, and basic schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods.
• Experience with soldering, crimping, and cable termination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electro-mechanical, and cable/harness assemblies per MPIs and drawings.
• Prepare sheets and hardware, assemble components into higher level products.
• Perform cable preparation, soldering, crimping, and testing as required.
• Set up workstations, document labor hours and quantities in ERP.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow 5S standards.
• Support continuous improvement and quality goals.
