Job summary

Millenniumsoft, Inc is seeking an Assembler I with mechanical aptitude to assemble and test subassemblies for blister production lines on first shift in Durham, NC. You will follow MPIs to ensure safe, accurate assembly and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read work instructions, and comfort using hand tools such as torque wrenches, screwdrivers, calipers, and drills. Overtime may be required to support production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow MPIs to assemble and test mechanical and electrical subassemblies.
• Route wires and perform wire preparation, including stripping wires and installing pins and ferrules.
• Use hand and measuring tools such as torque wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, calipers, polarity checkers, and presses.
• Perform quality checks and basic testing of completed assemblies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Complete assigned tasks according to production schedules and priorities.
• Work overtime as needed to support production requirements.
