CNH Industrial is seeking anAssembler to perform assembly, test, and calibration of assemblies according to specifications on a demanding production line. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time delivery within a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have basic tool experience, the willingness to learn computer software used for production, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly while standing and moving along the line.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge and use of hand and power tools.
• Ability and willingness to learn computer software needed to perform duties.
• Equivalent knowledge/experience assembling sub-assemblies and related components.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
• Assemble components into complete units on line and off-line.
• Work from assignments, check-off lists, specs, process sheets, and method sheets.
• Attach and align components to chassis in correct order and sequence.
• Record defects and report issues to supervision.
• Use ALSTAR and review blueprints/BOM on line.
