Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking an on-site assembler in a manufacturing setting to perform assembly, test, and calibration of assemblies following specifications. You will use hands-on skills and computer tools to trace parts, read blueprints, and complete sub-assemblies on a production line.

The role emphasizes safety and quality, with a strong focus on following standard procedures, teamwork, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Equivalent knowledge and related or similar experience to assemble sub-assemblies, assemble tires to rims, assemble commodities, components, and parts to match units built on line.
• Ability and willingness to learn computer software needed to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety/environmental and quality requirements/procedures.
• Assemble a wide variety of component parts to build complete units with on-line and off-line operations.
• Work from assignment sheets, check-off lists, engineering specifications, process sheets, and method sheets.
• Apply, align, attach, insert, and fasten various components to chassis in order and sequence.
• Make adjustments as necessary as unit progresses down the assembly line.
• Report defects and improper function to proper authority.
