Qualifications

• Able to read, understand, and follow work instructions, BOMs, and drawings.
• Experience with opto-electronics and PCB materials.
• Familiar with Lean manufacturing and basics of process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow BOMs and drawings.
• Use hand tools safely and correctly.
• Mechanical assembly of products to quality and output targets.
• Solder cables and through-hole devices within IPC standards.
• Inspect products and identify non-conformances.
• Operate test equipment and support root-cause analysis.
• Cross-train team members and support process improvements.
• Lead 5S initiatives and daily cycle counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and document results.
