Job summary

You will read drawings, mechanically assemble parts, and perform soldering to exact standards, while upholding 5S practices and ISO 9001 quality requirements. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Team player with strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with opto-electronics and PCB commodities.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 QMS standards.
• Basic knowledge of ESD and 5S principles.
• Safety-conscious with chemical awareness.
• IPC solder requirements knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and adhere to work instructions, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
• Assemble mechanical components and solder cables within quality limits.
• Operate pass/fail test equipment and inspect for non-conformances.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safe tool usage.
• Support quality and environmental management requirements.
