Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Assembly experience or ability to follow work instructions and production documentation.
• Ability to operate assembly equipment and perform routine production tasks independently.
• Experience using SAP and production systems for traceability and documentation.
• Reliable, customer-focused with teamwork and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine assembly and packaging tasks using standard work and production documentation.
• Operate designated assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Complete basic setup, changeover, and equipment checks with limited guidance.
• Verify components, traceability information, part orientation, and material flow requirements.
• Perform in-process inspections and identify functional or cosmetic defects.
• Recognize routine production or quality issues and communicate concerns to the appropriate resource.
• Complete daily production, quality, SAP, and cell documentation accurately.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, productivity, and teamwork standards in the work area.
• Support balanced workflow and contribute ideas for basic process improvements.
• Consistently display competencies that align to Swagelok's core values
