Job summary

A-dec is seeking an Assembler II to perform routine and semi-routine assembly tasks, including sub-assemblies, final product assembly, and packaging. You will follow SWADs, inspect parts for quality, and support water spider activities.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, can read English, use basic hand tools, and work safely in a fast-paced environment that values quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow written and oral instructions.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.
• Must troubleshoot problems when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assembles electrical and mechanical components and sub-assemblies using SWADs.
• Packages products while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Supports workflow and material handling as water spider.
• Builds final product and works with manufacturing engineers.
• Operates hand tools, fixtures and testing equipment with proper PPE and safety guidelines.
