Ecolab in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking an Assembler I to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, verify safety and quality, and support re-manufacturing tasks to restore equipment.

You will follow precise process sheets, perform checks, and report labor data. This hands-on role offers growth, TPM-driven improvements, and opportunities to contribute to safety and efficiency on day one.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Immigration sponsorship not available.
• Experience with mechanical assembly preferred.
• Familiarity with hydraulic/pneumatic systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components with precision, ensuring builds meet specifications.
• Perform hydraulic and electrical checks to confirm safe operation before service.
• Lead re-manufacturing tasks from disassembly to inspection and reassembly.
• Follow process and specification sheets with accuracy and consistency.
