Job summary

ECI in Westfield, MA is seeking Assemblers to join a team designing and manufacturing passive magnetic components for aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial applications. You will assemble electrical and mechanical parts, follow detailed instructions, inspect your work, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

The role offers shift opportunities (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) with differential pay, hands-on training, and paths for advancement. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Follow detailed written instructions, engineering drawings, diagrams, and verbal instructions.
• Perform precise, detail-oriented assembly operations.
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment as trained.
• Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality requirements.
• Identify and communicate quality issues or discrepancies.
• Meet established production and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work with your team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow ECI safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
