Job summary

ECI in Westfield, MA is seeking a hands-on assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble electrical and mechanical components according to work instructions, read engineering drawings, and use hand tools to build parts to exact specifications.

This entry-level role offers on-the-job training, a first-shift schedule, and benefits eligibility. You’ll contribute to meeting production goals in a clean, safe environment while growing with the team.

Physical Requirements
