Job summary

TRANSCON TECHNOLOGIES, INC. DBA ECI in Westfield, MA is seeking Assemblers for the 1st Shift. You will assemble electrical and mechanical components according to detailed work instructions and engineering drawings, ensuring quality and meeting production targets.

What You'll Do

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Follow detailed written instructions, engineering drawings, diagrams, and verbal instructions.
• Perform precise, detail-oriented assembly operations.
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment as trained.
• Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality requirements.
• Identify and communicate quality issues or discrepancies.

Physical Requirements
