Job summary

ECI is seeking an on-site Assembler in Westfield, MA to support mission-critical power applications in aerospace and defense. You will perform manufacturing, assembly, winding, inspection, and related production tasks following documented procedures and drawings.

The role requires a High School Diploma, with no manufacturing experience required. Expect 40 hours weekly on first shift with a monthly production bonus and a full benefits package including insurance and 401(k).

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Assembler role performs manufacturing, assembly, winding, inspection, and related production activities in accordance with documented procedures, work instructions, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions. This position is responsible for producing quality products that meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements while maintaining compliance with AS9100, applicable military standards, and company safety policies. Assemblers are expected to troubleshoot manufacturing issues within their level of responsibility, report problems appropriately, maintain accurate production documentation, ensure product identification and traceability, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Consistent attendance and dependable performance are essential to this position.

Physical Requirements

Expected Hours:

Full-Time 40 hours weekly

First Shift - Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and Fridays, 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Hourly Wage

$15.50 per hour plus monthly production bonus.
