Job summary

Wenger Corporation| Texas Scenic is seeking motivated Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in San Antonio, Texas! You will perform routine materials inspection/handling, assembly, quality control, and packing/shipping prep under limited supervision to meet established standards.

Great emphasis on safety and precision with a Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm shift and hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00. Benefit offerings include PTO, health plans, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a tape measure, basic hand tools and power tools.
• Comfortable working at heights (up to 20+ feet).
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small components requiring precision and attention to detail.
• Inspect completed work to verify conformance with specifications and report defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
