Qualifications

• Complete assemblies according to drawings, instructions and work orders, with testing when required.
• Advanced understanding of inspection equipment and usage to ensure parts meet specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings safely and accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble per drawings and work orders, perform tests when required.
• Operate precision measuring tools (micrometers, vernier, CMM) in a warehouse setting.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect and reassemble during repair processes.
• Maintain cleanliness of parts prior to assembly and follow procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate results clearly to peers and supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement and CIP activities as needed.
