Job summary

TOPS Staffing is seeking an Assembler in Glenshaw, PA, for a Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm shift. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic manufacturing facility.

You will participate in assembling components for architectural and site products, using power and hand tools, reading blueprints, and performing basic inspections to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job orders.
• Experience with mechanical assembly preferred.
• Stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Good communication and teamwork.
