Job summary

TOPS Staffing is hiring Mechanical Assemblers at a well-established Irwin, PA manufacturing site. You will read blueprints, assemble industrial valves and components, and use wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers and torque tools.

Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a dependable attendance record. The role supports a 4-day, 10-hour shift pattern with overtime potential and a yearly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints or assembly drawings.
• Dependable work history and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial ball valves and mechanical components.
• Read and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Use hand and power tools including wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, and torque tools.
• Inspect parts during assembly to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
