Job summary

TOPS Staffing is seeking a Brake Press Operator for the afternoon shift in Glenshaw, PA. You will operate brake presses and related machinery, interpret drawings, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires the ability to work 3pm–1:30am, with optional overtime, and the stamina to stand for long periods. Prior manufacturing experience and basic math skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Reads technical drawings to select tooling and setup.
• Produces parts within tight tolerances for assembly.
• Operates brake presses and CNC/heavy machinery with safety.
• Maintains data entry and basic computer processes.
