The Toro Company in Lake Mills, WI is hiring an Assembler I for1st shift. Typical shift times are 6:00 AM-2:00 PM, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, and paid holidays.

The role involves mechanical assembly of machinery, following blueprints and instructions, and using hand and power tools. A high school diploma is preferred, with basic math and reading skills essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills and aptitude with hand tools.
• Ability to read instructions, maintain records, and perform calculations.
• Experience in mechanical assembly or repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read information from blueprints, drawings, production records, and instructions.
• Fit, position, and fasten components to build machinery or sub-assemblies.
• Operate equipment to move and inspect parts and check functions.
• Use a computer to check location, inventory, and routing of parts.
• Record information electronically.
