Job summary

The Toro Company in Windom, MN is seeking assemblers to join our manufacturing team. You will perform all assembly, parts preparation, conveyor loading, jig setting, and carton preparation with hand and power tools. Starting pay is $22.06 per hour, plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential for the second shift.

First shift runs 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; second shift 4:00 pm to 12:30 am. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401k, 10 paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, and are an Equal Opportunity

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a systematic manner.
• Responsible for workmanship meeting quality standards.
• Able to move to various locations and adapt to duties requiring power tools and assembly equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fits and fastens parts together using bolts, nuts, screws, rivets, or adhesive devices with hand tools and power driven equipment.
• Prepares parts for painting.
• Loads and unloads conveyors with component parts, places parts in containers or stacks for movement, and seals cartons for shipment.
