Job summary

Condux International, Inc. is hiring an Assembler to join the first shift in Minnesota. You will assemble products per blueprints, use hand tools, and inspect fittings to ensure quality and proper function. The role emphasizes a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

The position requires up to 50 lb lifts, standing 8–10 hours, and occasional overtime. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (may vary by position).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Stand for 8–10 hours per day, up to 5 days weekly.
• Use manual and hand-powered tools, including measuring tools.
• Operate hand jacks, pallet trucks, cranes, and hoists.
• Read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Communicate instructions in English, verbally and in writing.
• Move throughout the facility unassisted.
• Collaborate with a diverse team; strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality.
• Willingness for overtime and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install products per blueprints, drawings, and instructions.
• Operate manual and hand-powered tools to complete tasks.
• Perform daily inspections to verify fit, form, and function.
• Maintain equipment and complete basic process/quality checks.
• Maintain regular attendance and communicate absences per policy.
• Complete special projects and assign.ments as needed.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
