Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor and adjust equipment settings.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor annealing furnaces to heat-treat metal products according to production specifications.
• Manage and maintain operation of up to four furnaces simultaneously, ensuring consistent output and quality.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently into furnaces.
• Set and adjust furnace temperature, timing, and cycle controls based on documented procedures and alloy requirements.
• Follow established processes for the production and treatment of various metal alloys.
• Inspect finished materials to verify conformance to required physical and mechanical properties.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of furnace equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and proactively support a culture of safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
