Materion Corporation is seeking an Annealing Machine Operator to support daily production goals in a metals manufacturing environment. You will perform machine setup, monitor quality, and troubleshoot equipment as required to meet production targets.
Responsibilities include coil handling, setting up the annealing line based on process sheets, inspecting materials, reading orders and blueprints, and data entry into SAP.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Annealing Machine Operator is key in assisting with meeting the department’s goals by performing machine set-up, maintaining quality standards, meeting daily production targets, and troubleshooting equipment when required.
Hourly pay range: $22.10 - $31.75 USD. The hourly pay range listed is a guide for this position and may vary depending on experience, education, geographic location, and other qualifications. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's individual merits and the company's compensation policies.
