The role focuses on clothing alterations, measurements, fittings and garment repairs, delivering high-quality craftsmanship and a perfect fit for customers. You will work with the tailor shop team, maintain accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, assist in inventory, and support front-of-house tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations such as hems, waist and seat adjustments, and sleeve alterations.

• Assist with inventory management and replenishment of tailoring supplies.
• Support front-of-house activities and assist customers as needed.
