Jos. A. Bank Clothiers is seeking a skilled Tailor—Alterations to join our store team.

You will perform a range of alterations, measuring and fitting to achieve perfect garment fit, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include hems, waist and seat adjustments, sleeve alterations, and ensuring all items are finished to a high standard and ready for customer pickup.

Formación

• Proven experience performing clothing alterations including hems, waist and seat adjustments, and tapering.
• Ability to measure accurately and consult with customers for fit guidance.
• Maintain high-quality standards with clean finishes, secure stitching, and neat results.

Responsabilidades

• Perform standard alterations (pant hems, waist, seat, rise, tapering, sleeves) per guidelines.
• Ensure garments pass quality standards with clean finishes and proper tagging.
• Assist with inventory by monitoring tailoring supplies and requesting replenishment as needed.
• Support front-of-house tasks and customer consultations as required.
