Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is hiring a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis in the Sherman, TX area. Use state‑of‑the‑art equipment to align tires and wheels, measure caster, camber, toe and thrust, and perform routine vehicle services.

Qualified candidates have 1 year of related experience and are legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and preferred state inspection license are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or related education/training.
• Preferred: state inspection license.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and lift items over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment; measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and tire/vehicle repairs.
• Support customers with high-quality service and opportunities for growth.
