Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in McKinney, TX is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art service centers. You will use advanced equipment to align tires and wheels and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience or training in tire mounting/balancing, plus a state inspection license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and legal work status in the United States.
• At least 1 year of experience and/or training in mounting, dismounting, rotating and balancing tires.
• State inspection license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using updated equipment to meet specifications.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure proper travel.
• Perform state-mandated inspections, oil/filters, and flat repairs as needed.
• Carry out additional automotive services as required and ensure quality workmanship.
