Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking an Automotive Alignment Technician for our Lindale, TX area service center. You will use advanced equipment to align tires and wheels, measure caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles, and ensure safe, straight travel for customers' vehicles.

Requirements include at least 1 year of tire mounting/balancing experience, eligibility to work in the United States, and being 18 or older. State inspection license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.
• Preferred: state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Use the latest equipment to align tires and wheels on customers' vehicles.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to improve tire wear and vehicle handling.
• Perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and basic repairs as needed.
