Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is looking for an Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at a service center in the Lockport area. You will align tires and wheels, measure and adjust alignment angles, and perform related automotive services to keep vehicles safe and traveling straight.

Responsibilities include using alignment equipment, completing inspections when required, and contributing to a positive, customer-focused service environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or related education/training.

Responsibilities

• Use equipment to align tires and wheels after mounting.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure proper alignment and reduce tire wear.
• Perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs and other required automotive services.
