Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Tonawanda, NY is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis. You will use the latest equipment to align tires and wheels, measuring caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and keep vehicles driving true.

You may also complete state inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and other routine maintenance. This role offers on-the-job training, competitive pay, and opportunities for career advancement

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent education/experience.
• It is preferred that Alignment Technicians possess a state inspection license.
• Alignment Technicians must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated movements.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment to achieve proper caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles.
• Perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs.
• Carry out additional automotive service or repairs as needed.
