Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Latham, NY area is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis. You will align newly mounted tires and wheels, measure caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, and ensure vehicles travel straight and true.

Responsibilities include performing state inspections when required, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs, along with other automotive service tasks.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old.
• At least 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.
• Preferred state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment.
• Measure caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure proper handling.
• Perform state-mandated inspections, oil & filter changes, and flat repairs as needed.
• Carry out other routine automotive service or vehicle repairs.
