Honeycomb Company of America in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Aerostructure Parts Painter to prep, prime and paint production parts in their work center. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions and maintain quality throughout the coating process.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication in English, and prior experience as an aircraft painter or several years in related roles.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Detail oriented and precise.
• Experience and success working in a team environment is a plus.

Mansioni

• Read a Mylar to determine details for applying parts.
• Communicate work orally or through MI’s to apply protective coatings meeting level and thickness requirements.
• Prepare surfaces by accepted methods to meet aerodynamic smoothness and patch/paint requirements.
• Tint, tone, match, and blend coating materials to achieve proper color and drying state.
• Apply coating materials by accepted methods and devices.
• Work with little or no supervision.
• Follow all specifications to accomplish tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform work within allocated hours.
• Follow safety procedures and complete paperwork.
