Job summary

HEICO Repair Group Aerostructures in Miami is seeking an aircraft structural components painter to prepare, prime, and paint parts in accordance with OEM specs and FAA regulations. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to operate painting equipment safely.

Responsibilities include surface preparation, priming and coating, equipment maintenance, finishes inspection, and compliant cleanup of work areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, automotive or aircraft painting.
• Ability to mix paints and coatings accurately.
• Familiarity with painting tools, spray guns and related equipment.
• Ability to wear respirator and pass required medical clearance for respirator use.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Ability to stand, bend and work in various positions for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a paint booth and wear protective gear as required.
