Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking an AGRIntelligence Technician to support precision agriculture initiatives across locations. You will assist in soil sampling, EC data collection, and data delivery while working with the AGRIntelligence 360 platform and telemetry devices.

The role involves technical training for the Helena team and customers, collaboration with sales, and field data analysis to guide field management decisions and crop recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate's degree is required.
• One year of related work experience is required.
• No degree and three years of related work experience will be considered.
• Geography, GIS, GPS systems and related software knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Researches and evaluates new digital farming and information management services and other technologies.
• Reviews and performs quality control on AGRIntelligence products for customers.
• Delivers and presents products and services to customers with sales team support.
• Assists sales by enabling the Sales Representatives to lead and manage customer accounts.
• Ensures products and services meet company standards and requirements.
• Trains Helena team and customers in AGRIntelligence software and hardware.
