Job summary

Design Ready Controls seeks a Precision Ag Sales and Marketing Agronomist for EarthScout LLC to translate agronomic science into practical solutions and drive product adoption. You will grow revenue through field data insights and strong customer engagement.

The role owns the full sales process from prospecting through close, serving as the primary contact for growers, irrigation pros, and distributors seeking better water management decisions with EarthScout technology. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in agronomy, agriculture, crop science, or related field preferred.
Experience using CRM or sales technologies required.
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales process from prospecting to close and develop new business opportunities.
Translate agronomic science and field data into practical solutions for growers and distributors.
Collaborate with leadership and Marketing to refine market strategy and educate customers.
Lead product demonstrations and field trials to showcase EarthScout technology.
Build relationships with farmers, consultants, irrigation professionals and retailers.
