Job summary

Caliberr Staffing seeks a Composite Fabrication Specialist to support aerospace components through precise layup, bonding, and assembly in a production environment. You will work with composite materials, resins, adhesives, and precision tooling to deliver high-performance parts.

You will read and interpret blueprints and schematics, set up jigs and molds, perform trimming and drilling to tight tolerances, and uphold safety with PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience accepted.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with hand/power tools and precision measuring tools.
• PPE required in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute composite layup per engineering specs.
• Vacuum bagging and resin bonding for durability.
• Trim, cut, and drill parts to tight tolerances.
• Set up jigs, fixtures, and molds.
• Inspect assemblies for defects and ensure drawings compliance.
• Collaborate to improve fabrication processes.
• Handle adhesives and composites safely; maintain clean workspace.
