Job summary

Monogram Aerospace Fasteners, located in Commerce, CA, is seeking an Assembly Machine Operator 3rd LG 5. You will set up and run hand assembly machines, identify and assemble parts, and ensure proper lot traceability while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires proficiency with measuring tools, clear written and verbal communication in English, and teamwork. Full-time, on-site, hourly pay between $19.56 and $24.36 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred in light fabrication and part assembly.
• Ability to set up assembly stations and operate manual assembly equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run hand assembly machines.
• Identify, and assemble parts correctly.
• Ensure proper container labeling for lot traceability.
• Accurately clock in/out in time tracking system.
• Log and complete work orders and operations accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and take direction in English.
