Qualifikationen

• Must have graduated from high school or have obtained a G.E.D.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must be motivated and be a self-starter.
• Good organization skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Must be aware of all quality requirements and inform supervisors of any issues.
• Alert Supervisors, Technicians and/or Quality for any reject problems.
• Pack good production in box counts per shop instructions and PQWI.
• Record production, scrap and hours on Molding Labor Forms.
• Work with the workstations and relieve prior shift staff on time.
• Keep press/work area clean and organized at shift end.
• Follow standard cycle for each job and run that job on cycle.
• Fill out box labels and prepare cartons.
• Ensure press runs smoothly and operate associated equipment as needed.
• Frequent manual handling of tools, material and machine parts.
• Monitor grinder bins and notify material handler when full.
• Watch equipment for proper functioning and quality, report concerns.
