Job summary

Niowave, located in Lansing, MI, is looking for an Accelerator Operator to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our linear accelerator. You will monitor performance, optimize production, and troubleshoot system issues while maintaining compliance with GMP and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has an associate's degree, at least 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial controls, and excellent communication skills. This full-time role requires working shift rotations and supporting 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in electrical systems or industrial automation.
• Strong foundational knowledge in engineering principles including circuit theory.
• Proficiency with control software and familiarity with diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize linear accelerator performance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct routine system checks and preventive maintenance on control systems.
• Respond to alarms and execute shutdown procedures in emergencies.
