Job summary

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes in Beloit, Wisconsin, seeks an Accelerator Operator to perform routine and non-routine particle accelerator operations and maintenance, enabling safe, compliant manufacture of radiopharmaceuticals. You will assist commissioning, develop process procedures, and transition to routine operations within a growing, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree in science, technology or engineering and minimum two (2) years of experience within a highly regulated / cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
• Relevant military experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate accelerators and associated systems, including hot cells and cooling systems.
• Support operational and testing activities of accelerator equipment.
• Assist with routine maintenance, tests, and inspections of accelerators and related systems.
• Contribute to development of production documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, Logs).
• Handle pre-production setup, production processes and post-production activities.
