Job summary

Atlas RFID is hiring a Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist in Birmingham, AL. This full-time role focuses on accurate receiving, shelving, picking, packing, and shipping, with daily ERP entry in Acumatica, and collaboration across teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a competitive $42,000–$45,000 salary plus bonuses. Benefits include health and dental premiums and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable to report to the office daily; on-site role.
• Availability to work Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (window is flexible).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication and willingness to learn.
• Ability to learn new computer systems and ERP workflows.
• Experience with forklifts/pallet jacks preferred.
• Familiarity with RFID or Auto-ID products is a plus.
• Experience with Acumatica ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and shelve inventory in ERP (Acumatica) the same day.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Keep warehouse organized, safe, and inventory accurate.
• Assist in inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with carriers for on-time pickups and deliveries.
